ALTERRAON PHILLIPS, ESQ. Mr. Phillips was born and raised in Orlando, FL. He received his bachelors of science degree from the University of Florida Rinker School of Building Construction in 1999. After working several years in the construction industry as an architects' representative, he returned to school and attended Nova Southeastern's Shepard Broad Law Center evening program where he obtained his Juris Doctrine in 2007. He holds a Building Contractor's License and is also a Florida licensed attorney. Mr. Phillips has served as an expert witness in a litigation matter and holds a high AVVO rating as an attorney.
Kristal Badgett, ACP, CM Mrs. Kristal Badgett was born and raised in Bronx, NY. Kristal received her Bachelors of Arts and Science from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She also continued her education and received her Paralegal Diploma from New York University in 2004. Kristal has spent the last several years in the legal arena. She has experience in corporate litigation, mergers and acquisition, contracts and real estate foreclosure and evictions. Kristal is a remarkably astute and results-driven professional. She is also a passionate problem solver who has the ability to read and interpret complex regulations and then make accurate operational decisions regarding them. Kristal is highly effective in developing and implementing policies, procedures and programs that will ensure compliance with existing regulations and best practices.
Esmeralda Valencia Mrs. Esmeralda Valencia has lived in Palm Beach County for most of her life. She holds an AS degree from Palm Beach Community College in Crime Scene and Criminology and a BS degree from Kaplan University in Criminology. Esmeralda is a highly motivated individual with a strong work history in the legal industry. She has years of experience as a legal assistant with a vast knowledge of the real estate/mortgage industry. Mrs. Valencia has also worked in the real estate arena by means of working with a Mortgage Lender in their foreclosure division. Along with Esmeralda’s ability to help prepare matters for litigation and documents for real estate transactions, she is fluent in Spanish and assists by interpreting to our Spanish speaking clients.
